I had 2 cars moved from Indiana to Florida for a friend. Matt and Robert where so professional, and courteous ,they did all they could to accommodate me on a time and place to drop cars off to them, or they would come to my house and pick up. I had arranged drop off at Wal-Mart in my town, but things didn't go right , so Matt said they would come to my house and get them, and gave me 2 or 3 other options so I could get them on his truck, in time to get to friend in Florida by the weekend. this is a A+ team!

My experience with this organization has been exemplary. Joe Santiago was a true gem throughout this process. I had so many questions and concerns; Joe was always patient with me; quick to respond and assured me throughout the process. Joe has a can-do attitude!! Beth in dispatch/scheduling was so nice and patient with me also. She answered all my calls usually on the first ring and again made me feel assured about delivery. Jorge and Gustavo, the transport drivers treated my car with such care. My car is now 20 years old, and it was treated as if it was a million-dollar car. Communication from them was amazing; I received numerous phone calls; keeping me informed along the route. Great customer service is rare today; thank you Shaughnessy Overland Express for a wonderful experience.

The absolute BEST! We will not trust anyone to haul our cars except Shaughnessy - the level of service, thoughtfulness and care that goes into shipping our cars is unmatched. From the first phone call, Joe was so helpful and kind in walking me through the process of transporting my cars - any question I had was answered in detail and kindness. Joe answered his phone every time I called. Jeremy, who was the driver, communicated in detail of his arrival and was so careful in getting my cars onto the hauler and explained in detail what he was doing. I was given a tracking app to monitor the location of the hauler and Jeremy communicated via phone/text while on the road. My cars arrived in perfect condition! As a female, dealing with past haulers has been somewhat sketchy but I have nothing to worry about when dealing with Shaughnessy! Look no further if you are in the market for a transporter, they are simply the best!

When it comes to enclosed auto transport,you will not find anyone faster or more professional than Shaughnessy. I have used them several times for transport between Maine and Florida.. They're simply the best. And they delivered my vehicles each time with 48hrs of pickup. Incredible customer service!
They inspect your vehicle before loading,and check it again upon delivery. They use tandem drivers,so the speed of their service is second to none!

I couldn't have asked for a better transport for my new car. Joe had me booked and my car picked up the next day. They even upgraded my booking from an open trailer to an enclosed trailer with no extra charge. Only took them 2 days to deliver the car from Naples FL to KC KS. Got here faster than anticipated. Car arrived in the condition it was picked up in. Even got access to a gps location on the truck the whole time so I could see the progress along the way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From Joe Santiago who coordinated the process to the drivers that delivered my vehicles, I found the Shaughnessy team to be conscientious and customer service oriented! I have recommended Shaughnessy to several of my close friends and they echo my sentiments after they have engaged Shaughnessy to ship their vehicles. The drivers communicate with you during their travels so that you can coordinate the timing and location for your delivery. Excuse the length, but my experience was phenomenal with all contact points of the transport transaction. I hope the detail provides insight for those who may be concerned about differing points of the process. I am a life long car collector and hobbiest/builder who enjoys driving them all as much as possible. For me this means rotating cars in the collection and transporting them between home and a vacation residence in a not well served part of the country. Enclosed car carrier service has not been easily found for my route and trailering myself has been the least hassle most of the time for my needs. Until recently. I reached out to the folks at Shaughnessy after seeing them loading and offloading similar cars in my neighborhood. I assumed big city, major routes, but you do not know unless you ask, and I was proven incorrect when I discovered their routes. The experience with Shaughnessy was beyond exceptional. I was informed of the pickup window (an extremely reasonable 2 day window) and was advised that the route, despite its remoteness, was within a couple hours of a regular weekly route they run between South FL and Pittsburgh, Erie, Buffalo, and Cleveland, and that the car would be delivered to its destination 1,450 miles away 2 days later (they haul with 2 drivers, 1 clocks on, the other off, etc. until they get to the destination). The truck (a Shaughnessy livery, company cab and enclosed big rig hauler) arrived on the 1st day of the window after several "enroute" calls as they neared. The crew wrapped the steering wheel in plastic, did the same to the driver's seat, and placed a paper mat on the floor of the driver's footwell, inquired of special features and operation particulars, then loaded and secured the car. Before departing, the driver informed me of the expected arrival time at the destination with mine being the last vehicle to off load (full truck). Instead of the 2 day journey that I was informed by dispatch (for which I was very happy), the driver informed that my car would be delivered between 6PM and 10PM the next day (it was 2:30PM on departure day and my destination is 1450miles away!). I asked if he was sure, and I was assured absolutely. The next morning I flew to my home. 3PM that day I received a call from the driver that he will be at my home between 5PM and 6PM. At 5PM I received a call that they were 1/2 hr away. At 5:30PM my exotic was off loaded in exactly the pristine condition it left from my other residence. The Shaughnessy team from dispatch through to the drivers exceeded my expectations, and I can assuredly say that my special cars will be moved by the Shaughnessy team. Finally, no more trailering hassles, or "last minute brokered arrangements with enclosed carriers that happen to be coming through this one time, this year". Just cannot say phenomenal enough.

I’ve shipped my vehicles over the past couple of years from Jupiter Florida to East Hampton New York in the spring and reverse the shipment in the fall and have always had a great experience. Working with Joe and Shaughnessy Overland Express have provided exceptional service all around. Pick up time and drop off time have always been when they said it would be. The driver communicates with me during the trip to let me know how far away they are, they will be early or late no matter the circumstance. I can’t say enough about this company!

I’ve shipped many collectible and exotic cars and have always had a great experience with Laki and Shaughnessy Overland Express. My most recent purchase was from a well known Porsche dealer in the Midwest. I made the mistake of agreeing to let them arrange transportation for my new car from their location in Chicago to me in Florida. Thankfully, I asked for the transport company’s insurance certificate and learned they only had coverage for a fraction of the value of my car! I quickly arranged to handle the transport myself and hired the best…Shaughnessy. I’ll never trust high value cars to anyone else!

What can I say except EXCELLENT customer service all around. This is my first time having a car shipped from a dealership in another state. I worked with Joe throughout the process to get my car shipped from Naples Florida to Lawrenceville, GA. The car arrived on time and in excellent condition even shipped uncovered. The driver (Bryan) was also amazing. Both Joe and Bryan kept in touch throughout the entire process (booking and delivery). I see why they were highly recommended by the Lexus dealership. I also highly recommend Shaughnessy Overland Express and will definitely use them in the future.

I recently used Shaughnessy Overland Express for the first time at the urging of a frequent client. From the very first phone call with Laki in the office I was impressed. His demeaner and professionalism on behalf of the company was outstanding. Arrangements and payment were handled via email and things happened QUICK. We shipped a nice car fe Naples to Virginia and within a week of calling our car was off. Steve as very helpful and communicated with us through the process. His drivers are very polite and professional, updating us through the process and drive. I loved I could track the truck all the way to Virginia via a link. I have used Shaughnessy about a dozen times. Shipping cars from across the country. Previously I have used other shippers with bad results, including some well know ones. My most recent shipment was 2 cars from Naples to Illinois. The entire experience was great. Shaughnessy is very well organized starting with Laki going through the dispatcher, Beth who keep me informed about pickup and delivery dates. Steve keep me informed with a minor delay with a mechanical truck problem. The drivers, Adam and Aaron were excellent. Most importantly for me is they really care about our expensive cars and treat them with the utmost of care. I do recommend them to everyone I meet at car shows.

I recently had my car transported from Florida to my home in North Carolina. The most important thing to me is that Shaughnessy is not a broker like other companies that advertise themselves as auto haulers. When you call one of the big brokers, they simply put your job out for bids and take a cut; you don't know who is actually shipping your car, and when (or if) they are coming. When you ship your car with Shaughnessy, you get a Shaughnessy truck with a Shaughnessy driver, and a guaranteed delivery price. The enclosed truck was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. My car is very low, especially in the front, so I appreciated that the truck was equipped with a lift so I didn't worry about it being damaged on a ramp. They used seat and floor covers to protect the interior, and did a thorough inspection for damage at pickup and dropoff. Bill and Beth in the office were excellent, as were the drivers, Oscar and (I didn't get the second drivers name, sorry). Everyone did a great job updating me, both on the pickup and while the car was in transit. I will never use another shipper. Thanks guys.

If you value your car, you want to hire a reputable transport company to make the delivery. Only after you have dealt with any of the “fly by night” transporters, can you appreciate the professional services of Shaughnessy Overland Express. I worked with Caitlin at Shaunessy. She was very friendly, informative and gave me the confidence to use Shaunessy. I just took delivery of my car. It was clean and in perfect condition. Also of importance was the communication from Caitlin. I received updates on the progress of my car’s return. The transporters were there when the appointed delivery time came. Great job Shaunessy!

Shaughnessy Overland Express recently moved my car from Raleigh NC to Naples FL. I had previously enlisted the help of another transporter who was cheaper but whom I ultimately had to fire for failure to deliver. I was very skeptical that I would find anyone to properly do the job until I was referred to Shaughnessy. I worked with Marc Markin and he was both very professional and extremely efficient. Unlike the previous carrier I had enlisted, Marc kept me informed every step of the way and delivered everything he promised in terms of a delivery date and driver information. It was a pleasure working with him. My driver was Steven and he was equally communicative and efficient. My car was even delivered a day early. I couldn't be more pleased. In the end I paid a little more for the service but it was well worth the peace of mind I got from working with such a competent company. I will recommend Shaughnessy to anyone in need of their services. Thanks for a job well done, Marc and Steven. I appreciate it!

From the minute I spoke with Laki and right up until the moment my car was delivered to my home in Florida, (from NJ) Shaughnessy Overland Express deserves 10 stars - or maybe even 100 stars! This company far exceeded my every expectation. Laki took the time with me, explained the process and was available by phone the few times I had reached out to him. Communication was excellent! This was my first time transporting a car out of state so having Laki there to walk me through the process was invaluable. Service was what I would call platinum, white glove service. The car seat and the steering wheel were both covered in plastic with a floor mat on the driver's side for protection. Extra care was given at every stage from pick up to delivery. Josh and Jeremy were the drivers for my vehicle, and they were very professional. The transport truck was clean, well-marked with the company name and quite impressive! I will recommend Shaughnessy to all my friends without hesitation! Oh, and by the way, pricing was reasonable, and payment wasn't required until my car was dropped off. Other companies want payment up front or a substantial deposit -- not Shaughnessy though! Thank you, Laki, Josh and Jeremy for such a positive experience.

To start Laki was very informative! This was our first time ever shipping a vehicle, so we had lots and lots of questions. Although they were not our lowest priced option we went with them because of how comfortable he made us feel! Beth (the scheduler) called 2 days prior to confirm pick up and address, as promised. We expressed a desire to have the car picked up asap due to our plans that had change. She was compassionate and a pleasure to work with!! John (the driver) was AWESOME!! Very nice! Excellent driver of a Huge truck! He took pictures of the car prior to loading it. He went around and took detailed notes of the car. He was very professional and experienced in taking the responsibility of high end vehicles. All in all I was extremely impressed with how easy and flawless this transport went. I hope the owner of the company sees this and knows that he’s put together a great crew and should value all of them, for their hard work! Thank you all, so very much!

Outstanding service. Big thanks to Amerifreight for getting us to work with them. They treated our vehicles with atmost care as if they were high end luxury or vintage. We needed a transport to send down our 21 Rav4 and 17 Mustang gt from NY to FL. The team was friendly, down to earth, and professional. Price was excellent especially for an enclosed carrier. The service was top notch. Friendly, professional, and professional. Theh got the vehicles down fairly quickly! I would highly reconmend them if you need to ship your vehicle.
